Want Smooth Lips?

Hey Everyone!

So as most of you know I have dry to normal skin but once winter hits it becomes very dry and my lips take a beating! They crack and flake like crazy which drives me nuts, but I have found a fix. For months I have had 4 EOS lip balms sitting in a cup on my makeup desk and I was paying no attention to them but the other day I reached for one put it on and instantly fell in love with these AGAIN.

EOS has so many different flavors and types of these lip blame that it is easy to get confused so here is the break down.

There are 4 regular line normal formula choices (Pomegranate Raspberry is limited and I can't find it any where!) and these are the basics. They are 95% Organic and 100% Natural, they have vitamin E, shea but term and jojoba oil.

Summer Fruit

Strawberry Sorbet

Honeysuckle Honeydew

Sweet Mint

My hands down favorites are Sweet Mint and Strawberry Sorbet!

Then there is Lemon Drop which is the same as the above but also has SPF 15 in it so this is my favorite to use in the summer.

Medicated Tangerine is my favorite at the moment, I don't go to bed at night without applying this to my lips. It's formulated with Zinc which helps heal cracked lips and keeps them moisturized all night or day! I have notice a real difference in my lips from the momment I started using this one.

Now for the next three I have been told these are very hard to get your hands on. Yes I'm talking about the limited edition Disney inspired by Alice and Wonderland trio. You get Blueberry Potion, Sweet Vanilla Nonsense, and Watermelon Wonderland. They even have the cute Mickey imprinted on the side!

I know I know at this point your think I have an addiction to EOS and your probably right. I love these lip balms and they are a great price for the size you get. Their quality is amazing and I love the way they smell and how that smells stays on your lips but doesn't annoyed your nose. EOS knocks it out of the park with their lip blame and I suggest everyone goes and try at least one!

September Glossy Box

Hey Everyone!

So I was so in LOVE with my September Glossy Box! It had 2 amazing full sized products and then 2 awesome sized samples and 1 smaller sized sample. I love how for the most part Glossy Box always seems to get a makeup product in our boxes, which to me is the reason I get beauty boxes so I appreciate that!

The first product we got was a full sized Wella Mirror Polish Shine Serum. This product can be used before you style or after to help smooth and also give your hair a nice high-gloss finish. I've used this product a few times and I love the way it gives my hair a shine without making it feel oily and it has an amazing scent!

Next we got two B. Kamins products but neither of them were full sized and that is probably my only complaint about my box this month. It would have been great to get a trail size of the body lotion and a full size of the lip balm. As far as the products go the body lotion takes to long to soak into the skin for me. The lip balm is nice but it leaves my lips feeling oily so I've started using this at night before bed and I like it! I can go to sleep and wake up and my lips still feel like there is balm on them.

Dove Cleartone is my new go to pitstick, this stuff is amazing! It smells really good and I've been using mine for about 3 weeks and I notice a real difference with the color in my underarm areas. It's like an exfoliator for your armpits, it's AMAZING!

The last thing the we got this month was the NYX The Crimson Amulet which was a Limited Edition product. In all honesty they could have just sent me this and that would have been enough.

This collection comes with so much stuff it's mind blowing! It has 24 eye shadows and for the most part they are all very pigmented and easy to blend. In this collection there are a good mix of mattes and shimmers. With this one box you can do so many eye looks I don't think you'll ever get tired of it!

And if the eye shadows weren't enough there are 5 blushes, 1 highlighter and 4 lip colors, WOW. It also has a HD eye primer and an eyeliner. There are 2 matte blushes and 3 shimmery blushes and the highlighter isn't over the top which is nice. It's adds a nice shimmer without being glittery.

All in all this was once again an AMAZING box! I type that so much I kind of get sick reading it but in all honesty Glossy Box always seems to blow my mind. Month after month they keep things fresh, provide great smaples, and it's always worth the price we pay for it.

Glossy Box - August

Hey Everyone!

Back to back Glossy Box Postings, who's excited?

So because it took so long to get my July Glossy Box I ended up getting my August box before it but wanted to wait to post the review on it. We got 5 samples in this box and two bonus items. 3 of the products were full sized!

1. Sebastian Potion 9 Lite
This says it is suppose to condition, restore, and enhances styling but in all honesty I didn't find that it did any of those things for me. I tried to use this product more then once and didn't find any results in any of the time I used it.

Full Size is worth $20.95 for 150ml and we got 50ml which is worth $7.00
Score: 1/5

Why?
The smell is t
he only thing pleasant about this product in my opinion!

2. Biore Make-Up Removing Wipes
These were pretty decent makeup wipes. I found that one wipe cleaned the whole face and removed most makeup. These weren't irritating to the skin but the smell did linger after cleaning.

Full Size is worth $3.99 and we got a full size.
Score: 3/5

Why?
These removed most of my makeup but the smell was very powerful and remained on my skin for sometime after using.

3. Kryolan Lipstick for Glossy Box
I was very surprised by this lipstick that Kryolan made for Glossy Box. It has a very creamy texture and didn't leave my lips feeling dry. The color is a really pretty dusty rose and the pigmentation is fantastic!

This was a special edition just for us Glossies!!

4. Kryolan Satin Powder
I love Kryolan as a brand and it's something we use in the industry a lot. The colors are very pigmented and you have to use a light hand with them but I love the finish and texture of this eye shadow

Full Size is worth $14.99 and we got a full size!
Score: 5/5

Why?
I love this color and how smooth it is to apply. It glides on effortlessly but you have to be careful not to pack on to much pigmentation cause you can get lots of fall out.

5. Befine Fine Food Skin Care
As I was opening this box I just couldn't believe how many packets of face care were coming out of it! It felt never ending and in total we got 5 samples within this one sample. I haven't tried any of these yet but I am really excited to try them!

Full size is worth between $24 to $30 depending on which product you buy.
Score: 5/5 Just based on the sample size!

Why?
5 different type of skin care in one box, doesn't get much better then that!

Extras:
Trend Trunk Mystery Gift Card and Elastplast SOS Blister

In total we got almost $60.00 in product for only $15.00. This is a box that just blew my away!

My search is over..............

I have found the one true love of my life!

CANDY YUM YUM is here!

So with MAC launching the By Request collection you know I was voting and PRAYING that they would re-launch Candy Yum Yum and sure enough my prayers have been answered! Before heading into all that I have to say I love the way a brand new tube of MAC lipstick smell when you first open it, that very first scent that escapes the tube when the lid pops off. Pure Perfection!

They re-launched Candy Yum Yum, Moxie, and Rocker and from what I understand Candy Yum Yum sold out in less then 10 hours and Moxie sold out in just a few days!

Candy Yum Yum    Moxie    Rocker

              Rocker   Moxie   Candy Yum Yum

So to be honest I had already picked up Dear Diary by MAC which launched with the Beth Ditto collection because someone had told me the color was very close. Sure enough it is almost a dead match but it's a different finish because it's a Pro Longwear finish.

Dear Diary  Candy Yum Yum

I have to tell you guys it feels like my life goal is finally complete and my search for the most amazing lipstick is over....................don't be worried though my readers this in no way means that I won't buying anymore lipstick cause that would just be crazy!

Smiles and Sunshine!
